Legger is on the run from SCRAP agents, haunted by his father’s memory, hurtling toward his own death–and release from a conspiracy that makes Irangate look like a game of Chinese Whispers.

On his way he meets others who have reasons to fear SCRAP: Dortz and Anne Manx, the crazed mutoid punks. Buddy, who likes to bring everyone down to his own lever–and Rachel, his sister, reanimator of dead flesh.
