Biography:
88 Katanas is a D&B techstep artist out of New York whose music heavily influence by first wave cyberpunk. Since 2018 he has been producing driving, yet atmospheric drum & bass filled with references to Neuromancer, Max Headroom, and Blade Runner. Likewise, the name 88 Katanas appears to be a reference to the Crazy 88 gang from the film, Kill Bill.

From 88 Katanas Network 23 album: Network 23 is designed to jack into any NeuroStim input feed in proximity, displaying a digitally corrupt reconstruction of a primitive future. Users experience a government which functions as a puppet for Network Executives, installed to protect and consolidate power. Society becomes an unwilling test subject of an unlawful and subliminal experiment in total sensory overload.
